Jerome Richfield Hall, Sierra Hall, & Sierra Tower
Jerome Richfield Hall is named after a great contributer in the development of the University. In 1959 Richfield founded the Philosophy Department and in the 1973 he was appointed Dean of the College of Humanities. Today, this college is located in Sierra Hall. Sierra Hall offers courses in history, geography, political science, psychology and sociology. The College of Social and Behavioral Sciences is also located there. Sierra Tower, the campus' tallest building, houses faculty and departmental offices.
