Descriptions
- Internet Relay Chat (IRC):
- Help will be available for IRC on a drop-by basis. Come to SH 442 Monday through Friday, 1:00-5:00 for hands-on assistance up until the end of the third week of classes.
- WebCT (WebCT):
- A one-hour workshop to learn how to enroll, navigate, and participate in an online course utilizing the WebCT platform.
- PowerPoint (PPoint):
- A one-hour workshop that covers page layout and formatting procedures for producing a visual presentation.
- Create Your Own Workshop:
- CSUN faculty are invited to create Workshops for their students. Simply call the Learning Resource Center to book space in the Lab, commandeer your students over there, and teach them the computer skills they may need for their projects or presentations. The Office of Online Instruction is available for consultation and advisement for any such endeavor.
