The first phase of the planned Devonshire Downs development includes 152 two-story town homes in a thoughtfully planned environment incorporating the best in Southern California style. Phase I will be built in several sub-phases. Approximately 48 homes, at the corner of Lassen Street and Lindley Avenue, are planned for the first sub-phase – Phase 1A. Phases 1B and 1C will be built as needed and as market conditions permit.
Plans for Phase 1A include beautiful landscaping and amenities such as a pocket park, a community pool and a pool house. The goal is to create a highly livable neighborhood that fosters community and campus spirit, and allows CSUN faculty and staff to leave their cars at home and either walk, bike or ride the shuttle to work.
