HR certification demonstrates dedication to our department and validates our commitment to our field and to the organization we serve.
The Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) certification demonstrates mastery of
the technical and operational aspects of HR
practices and U.S. laws and regulations. Four
staff members possess the PHR designation.
The Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR) certification is recognized
as a professionally relevant credential for
those who have mastered the strategic and
policy-making aspects of HR management in
the United States. Two staff members possess
the SPHR designation.
INTERNAL TRAINING
26 Strategic Human Resources Management internal training sessions were provided by the HR Managers to our team. Modules covered;

- Employee and Labor Relations,
- Human Resource Development,
- Workforce Planning and Employment,
- Total Rewards, and Risk Management.
