The CSUN Guitar Quartet with Los Romeros
The CSUN Guitar Quartet is an honors quartet comprised of four of the most outstanding students in the classical guitar area. Selected repertoire is of an advanced level. There are weekly coachings with John Dearman and the group has a featured and expanded spot on the end-of-semester Guitar Chamber Music concerts, as well as a recital of their own at the end of the school year. The quartet participates in regional guitar events such as the GFA Guitar Symposium and performs at universities, guitar societies and high schools throughout Califronia. The ensemble is also committed to working with young guitarists and coaching guitar ensembles in Los Angeles area schools.
The CSUN Guitar Quartet are selected by audition.
