Volunteer Notetaker Program [VNP]
Welcome and thank you for your interest as a volunteer notetaker for deaf and hard of hearing students.
If you have been asked by a deaf or hard of hearing classmate [or professor] for your volunteer notetaking services, then you will need to complete a one-time, online certification and other necessary information with the Speech-to-Text Coordinator.

Scott Selna, Speech-to-Text Coordinator [scott.selna@csun.edu], is responsible for coordinating all speech-to-text services, including realtime and typewell captioning, volunteer notetaking, hybrid/online, and event logistics.
