If you are an enrolled undergraduate student with eight or more units or a graduate student with six or more units, Metro U-Pass can upgrade your existing student ID to a reduced-fare transit pass. Register via the myNorthridge Portal to obtain a sticker with smart-chip technology to place on your card. It works just like Metro’s TAP (Transit Access Pass) and it’s good for unlimited rides on all Metro rail and bus lines for an entire semester. It’s also valid on the other 23 transit systems that accept TAP throughout Los Angeles County. For more information, visit the Associated Students Ticket Office
