Apple has released iOS 9.2.1 improving some security features and addresses bugs in the previous version. Read more about the update on the 9to5 Mac website or view the Apple's documentation about the updated security content.
The Faculty Technology Center has updated some iPads and so far no issues have arisen with apps or overall operation. Users of the iPad 2 (originally released in 2011) continue to report slow performance on their devices with iOS 9. If you have an iPad 2 that is still running a version of iOS 8, it is recommended that you stay on iOS 8 and avoid upgrading.
