Safety Seminar

Media production employs a substantial amount of equipment, operated under varying conditions, which can be hazardous to the health and safety of a production crew. This Safety Seminar is offered in order to create student awareness of set safety protocols and prepare them to deal with hazardous shooting conditions.

Students enrolled in the following classes are required to attend one session of the Production Safety Seminar:

CTVA 340 Advanced Video Production and Editing
CTVA 355 Intermediate Film Production

Students enrolled in CTVA 464 Multimedia Design are strongly encouraged to attend.

Production Safety Seminars will be held throughout September on the dates listed below. Please confirm your attendance on one of the following dates. Please note the room number and start time. Arrive on time. You will not be sent a reminder.
