Requirements for a Second Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics

In addition to the general university requirements, the Department of Mathematics may have additional requirements for a second Bachelor's Degree. These requirements depend upon each students' individual background. Students should discuss their specific case with a major advisor.
Students interested in obtaining a second bachelor's degree in mathematics are strongly encouraged to meet with a mathematics major advisor as soon as possible. Please use one of the links provided below to download a copy of the form for your math option. Please present this form along with an up-to-date copy of your transcripts to a mathematics major advisor. You can find the list of all math advisors in the Advisement webpage.
Degree in Math: B.A. Option I (Pure Math)
•Second Bachelor’s Degree in Math: B.A. Option II (Secondary Teaching)
•Second Bachelor’s Degree in Math: B.S. Option I (Pure Math)
