2nd Floor Gym
Performance floors (both wood and springed).

Activity Center
Great for practices, the Activity Center in Redwood Hall has four basketball courts with performance floor (no seats). Volleyball nets can be set up upon request.

Baseball Field
Matador Field is home to Cal State Northridge baseball. The field has Bermuda grass, and a dirt warning track encircles the outfield. Stadium dimension are 325 feet down the left field line, 330 feet down the right field line, 375 feet of the power alleys and 400 fee to straightaway center field. No lights on field.

Dance Studio
Located in the Redwood Hall basement, this area has a performance floor, dance bars and floor to ceiling mirrors.

Locker Room
There are many sets of Locker rooms in Redwood Hall with a variety of colors such as green, blue, and gray.

Matadome
A stadium with seating for up to 1600 people, the Matadome has basketball hoops, a center scoreboard and performance floor surrounded by both chairs and bleachers. It is complete with men's and women's locker rooms, classrooms and a training room.

North Soccer Field
This large field is located above Lassen street. It is without lights and fields are not maintained.

Performance Soccer Field
The Performance Soccer field is located above Redwood Hall, next to the Baseball field. This field is kept in perfect condition as this is where the CSUN Men's and Women's soccer teams play all their NCAA games.

Pool, Campus
This Olympic pool includes an eight-lane, 25 yard competition pool, and a pair of one-meter diving boards with an underwater observation window. The facility also includes a four-lane pool west of the competition pool. Both pools are heated to a temperature of 80 degrees at all times.

Racquetball Court
There are six concrete racquetball courts.

Redwood Hall Aerobics
With its floor to ceiling mirrors, the Aerobics gym has a spacious performance floor and wired for excellent sound.

Redwood Hall Showers
Spacious shower rooms are found inside the locker rooms on the ground level of Redwood Hall.

Redwood Hall Sinks
Locker rooms have restrooms with white cement sinks and tile flooring.

Softball Field
Matador Diamond has a seating capacity of 1,000, a warning track, and a stadium-style sunken dugout. It features a concession stand, three batting cages, an all dirt infield consisting of decomposed granite, crushed brick and sand. The outfield is natural grass.

Tennis Court
Located near Parking Lot G4. There are 26 blue tennis courts and nets with shaded seating area.

Track South
The 400 M track has nine (9) lanes and is oriented in a North/South alignment. The current surface was applied summer 2004. There is a high jump, with enough room to run two pits simultaneously, four horizontal jump pits situated in each corner of the infield, a pole vault pit, two shot put rings, and a javelin runway.

Weight Room
Located in the second floor of Redwood Hall, this facility contains different gym equipments.
