Request an application by contacting the Japan America Society:

  • Complete the application and mail it to the Japan America Society of Southern California with a check or money order in the amount of $50
  • Checks must be made payable to "JAPAN AMERICA SOCIETY"
  • Credit card payments can be made by calling the Society or by paying online by clicking "BJT Payment" below
