on the purchase of audiovisual equipment.
Media Equipment Service Request Procedure
To
request any service, please do the following:
- Fill
out a Technology
Service Request form (usable from Internet Explorer only).
- Get
the appropriate authorizing signature.
- Bring
both the form and the broken equipment to Oviatt Library 18
(Garden Level).
