Thanks to Campus Quality Fee funding, all enrolled students now have access to CSUN's Virtual Software Library. The VSL grants students anytime access to select software via an Internet connection from a Mac, PC, Linux, or mobile device.
Software Available to All Students
- Adobe Master Collection
- Note: Starting the fall 2013 semester, the Adobe Master Collection will no longer be available for use on personal devices due to new licensing restrictions imposed by Adobe.
Software by Department
Other specialized software, such as Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks, InDesign, and Dreamweaver, is also available to students enrolled in select courses, based on departmental/discipline needs. For more information, visit Virtual Software Library (VSL) - Requesting Software.
Faculty who would like to use the VSL for teaching purposes can contact the IT Help Center to request acesss. Faculty who agree to use the VSL in such a way as to expand CSUN student knowledge and use of this resource may also request access.

Visit the VSL Login Page and enter your CSUN user ID and password. Note: VSL only accepts CSUN user IDs which are composed only of letters and sometimes numbers (such as dl76674). If you don't know your user ID, visit Forgot User ID.
