Enabling Links in SOLAR
For security reasons, internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox) require users to hold the Ctrl key when trying to click on a link in SOLAR. If users do not hold the Ctrl key when trying to click on a link, the attachment will not load. To resolve this issue, users should take the following steps in their browser:
- Add the following sites to your Trusted Sites:
- https://cmsweb.csun.edu
- https://mynorthridge.csun.edu
- In "Security Settings – Trusted Sites Zone," enable the following browser security settings for downloads:
- Downloads: Enable
- File download: Enable
- Font download: Enable
- Enable .NET Framework setup: Enable
