Question: When modifying a meeting request what is the difference between the "Save and Close" and "Send Update" icons?
Answer: The "Send Update" icon sends an update to attendees and closes the Meeting Modification window. The "Save and Close" icon gives the modifier the option to notify or not to notify attendees of the modification and closes the Meeting Modification window.
Question: Our department has a main line that is shared by others; will we all be able to receive the voice messages in our email?
Answer: One person will be designated as the administrator. That person then can proxy the others to receive voice mail messages via email. Users designated as proxies will be sharing a common view of those messages, so if one person retrieves the message the message will show as retrieved in the other’s views as well.
Question: If I retrieve my voice message in my email will the message stay on my phone?
Answer: When you have retrieved a message in email the message indicator light will go out on the phone but the message remains on the phone as a saved message as long as the email message remains in the Inbox in your email.
If email voice message is moved from the Inbox to another folder then the message is also removed from the phone.
Question: Will I be able to use my Majordomo lists?
Answer: Yes, all majordomo lists will still be able to be used in outlook exchange.

Answer: Yes, and the owner will be notified of any changes.
Question: Our department has a shared email account, how will we all be able to view, send and receive these emails?
Answer: A designated owner will be assigned to the account. That owner can then give proxy to it.
Question: How do you set up a vacation message?
Answer: Use the Out of Office Assistant in the Tools menu to create and use an auto–reply message when you will be away from your email.
Question: How can I change my email address?
Answer: You must call the IT Help Desk if you want to change your email address.
Question: How can I change the way my name displays?
Answer: You must call the IT Help Desk at x. 1400 if you want to change the way your name displays.
