SOLAR Maintenance

There will be scheduled maintenance on the SOLAR Human Resources and Student Administration modules starting at 5:00pm on Thursday, November 19th through 12:00pm on Sunday, November 22nd. During this time, all services within these modules will be unavailable including access to class rosters, schedule of classes, all student services and all HR functions.

If you have any questions, please contact the IT Help Center at (818) 677-1400 or send an email to helpcenter@csun.edu.

Online Technical Support

You can now request Technical support for email, SOLAR, classroom technology, and all other campus technologies by visiting http://techsupport.csun.edu and logging in with your CSUN username and password. You can also access the technical support system from the Portal.
