Planned Service Interruptions

Network Equipment Refresh 

Due to a planned Network Equipment Refresh, network and phone services will be intermittent, including Wi-Fi and network printing. 

April 16: SOLAR

Start Time: Wednesday, 8:00 p.m.

End Time: Midnight

Due to scheduled maintenance, access to all SOLAR services will be unavailable.

April 19: Moodle

Start Time: Midnight 

End Time: Saturday, 6:00 a.m.

Due to scheduled maintenance, access to Moodle will be intermittent.

April 19: myCSUNsoftware

Start Time: Midnight

End Time: Saturday, 6:00 a.m.

Due to scheduled maintenance, access to myCSUNsoftware will be intermittent. 

April 15-23: SOLAR Financials

Start Time: Tuesday, Midnight

End Time: Wednesday, Midnight

Due to scheduled maintenance, Financial Services will not be able to produce any checks, purchase orders, invoices or journal entries.

The LAD will be available to create or modify existing transactions. The Online Requisitions, Chargebacks, and Budget Transfer modules will be available. These transactions will be posted after the upgrade is complete. 

LAD data will be frozen at April 15 and will remain so until Wednesday, April 23.
