Mitchell Nagy

Academic Technology is excited to announce our new Lecture Capture Coordinator, Mitchell Nagy!

Mitchell graduated in 2020 from CSUN’s Cinema and Television Arts program with a B.A. in Media Theory and Criticism. In Fall of 2021, they went back to school at Moorpark College to study the theatre arts and took the opportunity to co-direct the show Fifteen Minutes Left for the Student One Acts. In their previous position at the Moorpark College Performing Arts Center, Mitchell acted as cinematographer and editor for the school's screen acting program, working closely with the director and students to create scenes with minimal props, set decoration, and lighting.

As Lecture Capture Coordinator, Mitchell is interested in the opportunity to help instructors design and adapt engaging ways to present and record lectures using the available solutions Academic Technology offers. Their overall goal is collaborating with others to help make remote and hybrid learning a more accessible experience with parity to in-class lectures, presentations, and activities.
