Access Keys

This information applies to pages in the the University template system. Windows-press ALT + an access key. Macintosh-press CTRL + an access key.

The following access keys are available:

CSUN Username & Password Instructions

You can reset or change your Password, retrieve your CSUN Username, change your account security question and forward your email from your campus email address using the links and instructions below.

  • If you know your Password and want to change it, click here.
  • If you want to change your security question and answer, click here.
  • If you have forgotten your CSUN Username, click here.
  • If you know your CSUN Username and have forgotten your Password, click here.
  • If you are a faculty member or a student and want to set up email forwarding to a non–CSUN account, log in to Webmail; click Options and then click Forwarding; you can then enter the email address where you would like to receive your email.

If you need to access your email or the wireless network, or check your email and U–drive quota call the IT Help Desk at (818) 677–1400 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or visit the Walk–In Center, Room 29 in the Oviatt Library, Garden Level.
