Password Reset Instructions

If you responded to the recent fraudulent email message sent to a number of CSUN email users, take the following immediate actions to reset your CSUN Password, your security question and answer. CSU, Northridge will never ask you to provide your Password or the answer to your security question.

  1. Reset Your Password:  Visit https://auth.csun.edu/idm/changepwd and log in using your current CSUN Username and Password. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your Password.
  2. Reset Your Security Question and Answer: Visit https://auth.csun.edu/idm/aqprov and log in using your CSUN Username and Password. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your Security Question and Answer.
