The IT Help Desk provides technical support to faculty, staff, students, and guests of the University, including support for email, telephones, wireless internet access, SOLAR and CSUN Password assistance.

If you would like to expand your computing skills, you will find information of value in our user–friendly training guides. Our guides are designed to teach everyone from the basic user to the more advanced technology users, the skills they need to work more efficiently using current technology and software tools.
