Overview:
The Student Administrative Systems Committee (SASC) advises the Executive Technology Steering Committee (ETSC) on the application of administrative systems in support of CSUN students. The committee meets monthly during the academic year and during the summer as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the effective implementation and support of student administrative systems (e.g., SOLAR Student Administrative system, u-Achieve, CSUN Mobile App, CSUN Portal, document management/e-forms/workflow for students, TargetX, Salesforce, Education Advisory Group (EAB), and One Card).
- Review and recommend student administrative systems’ projects to the ETSC.
- Work with the ad-hoc SOLAR Leads working group to collaborate with, and inform college staff and faculty about student administrative systems’ changes.
- Provide input on long-range technology plans and strategies by identifying opportunities to improve student systems and enable student success through the application of technology.
Membership AY 2023-2024 (appointed by the ETSC annually)
