Faculty Moodle Help - A couple of students who dropped my class in SOLAR are still listed in Moodle. How do I remove them?
During the first couple weeks of each semester, our automated enrollment system sees over 150,000 enrollment changes. With such a large number of changes, it may miss a couple of enrollment drops from time to time. We apologize for this inconvenience. If a student is not dropped from your Moodle course after 48 hours from the time they dropped the course in the myNorthridge Portal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a Moodle administrator will manually go in and correct the mistake. Make sure to include the student's name, the course and section number. (ex: Please drop Robert Smith from ART 101 #12345).
