Registering for Classes
- Registration begins on November 9th. You will receive an assigned appointment date. Enroll on the day of your assigned registration appointment for the best selection of classes. Classes fill up soon.
During Fall 2009, the University undertook extraordinary efforts to ensure the placement of international students in classes. Continuing international students are advised that these efforts will not be undertaken this Spring in cases where students do not take full advantage of their priority registration date.
- The Add/Drop deadline for Spring 2010 is February 05, 2010. This is your deadline to enroll full time. Remember that IESC must report your enrollment information to the Department of Homeland Security. Communicate with your Foreign Student Advisor no later than the first week of classes if you have not been able to enroll full time.
- Students who plan to request permission for part time enrollment must submitted a completed Part-time Request Form along with unofficial transcript and proof of enrollment for Spring 2010 to the IESC front desk no later than the Add/Drop deadline.
- Pay your fees by the deadline. Be aware of the consequences of non-payment. Information is available at http://www-admn.csun.edu/ucs/
- Remember that it is your responsibility to enroll full time each semester.
- You are permitted to take no more than 3 units of online classes each semester.
