University Word Mark
and CSUN Mark
For Use on Official University Web Pages
Shown
below are three sizes of the University word mark
which should be used as the primary identifying image on official University
websites. The CSUN mark may be used as a secondary
image. Each image should be used only in its original form as a graphic
on a light-colored, solid background. For example:
- Do not
recreate the word mark.
- Do not
change the colors of the word mark.
- Do not
add borders, boxes, outlines, or any artwork to the official word mark.
- Do not
add drop shadows or other special effects to the word mark.
- Do not
screen back the letters.
- Do not
bend, twist, rotate, or animate the word mark.

You may specify
the image source indicated for each image or copy and save the desired
image within your own local site as described below.
- Position
the mouse pointer over the image you want to copy.
- Access
the context-sensitive pop-up menu as follows:
- On
a Windows computer, click the right mouse button.
- On
a Macintosh, hold down the mouse button until the menu appears (about
one second).
- Choose
Save Image As... (Windows) or Save this image as... (Macintosh).
- In the
"Save As" dialog box, choose the folder where you want to save the file.
This should be a local folder within the site you're designing.
- Click
the Save button to save the file.
