Gandhi: Peace and Non-Violence in Our Communities

Mahatma GandhiThis symposium takes place two days after the International Day of Non-Violence marked by the United Nations on Gandhi’s birthday. There will be a short film on the life and work of Gandhi, a brief panel discussion by experts on Gandhi and the work of peace among communities in Los Angeles and followed by dialogue among audience and panel members.

Northridge Center is located in the Plaza del Sol area of the University Student Union on the Zelzah Avenue side of the campus. Guest Parking is available at $8.00 for the day. The Student Union is most easily accessed via the Parking Booth off Zelzah Avenue in the Prairie Street Entrance.
