Speaker: Dr. Carolyne Wright, Mount Olive College
Event: KAZI NAZRUL ISLAM, BENGALI POETRY And HUMAN RIGHTS
Dr. Wright spent four years on Fellowships in Kolkata, India, and Dhaka, Bangladesh, collecting and translating the work of Bengali poets and writers. Dr. Wright has published 8 books and chapbooks of poetry. She has just published, Majestic Nights: Love Poems of Bengali.
