We in Human Resources are fortunate to have the opportunity to make contact with every employee upon their initial hire to CSUN, whether as staff, faculty, management, or student employee.  We take pride in all of the roles we fulfill and that touch the lives of all employees at California State University, Northridge - from recruiting and orientation to learning and development, and career advancement. We focus on employees for success by celebrating employee achievements through awards, and recognition along with work-life integration and wellness.

A team of over 40 strong, we are committed to supportive people practices and work thoughtfully and respectfully in every situation to provide information and support, and to find sustainable solutions for our colleagues.

As leader of this great team, I look forward to working with all academic and administrative units to lead the enhancement of Human Resources services in ways that support your goals. Together, we will continue to create an outstanding work environment for all employees - one which surpasses the environment of the day before. We will continue to work proactively to ensure our people practices are congruent with the University’s mission, vision, and culture. We will  continue challenging our practices and policies to reflect an evolving community of supportive, successful individuals, all of whom are valuable members of the Matador community.
