As an active and integral partner in the day to day administration of the University, Human Resources takes on the responsibility of transacting many of the processes important in operating the University's business. 2014-2015 saw an increase in these functions as a result of increased hiring, and strategic salary initiatives.

In addition, HR received 365 Classification and Compensation requests, including classification reviews, In-Range Progression requests, Stipends, and Bonuses.
Operations & Payroll:
There was a substantial increase in total transactions processed by HR Operations and by Payroll due to significant salary programs for the 2014-2015 year in addition to growth in the population of faculty, staff, and student employees in support of student success.
