MARTY YADRICK, MS,MBA,RD,FADA

Marty Yadrick is Director of Nutrition Informatics for Computrition, Inc., in Los Angeles, a provider of software solutions to the foodservice and healthcare industries.  Marty was President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association) in 2008-09.  He is currently Chair of the Academy’s Nutrition Informatics Committee as well as Chair of ANDPAC, the Academy’s Political Action Committee. 

Marty received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, a Master of Science from the University of Kansas, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  He is currently working on a Master of Biomedical Informatics degree from Oregon Health & Science University.

Deborah Novak, RD

Deborah Novak is a registered dietitian with 15 years experience in nutrition research and education, with an emphasis in women’s health and preventive medicine.  She is currently on faculty at Loyola Marymount University, Santa Monica College and a clinician at UCLA.

Punyatoya Mohapatra

 Dr. Punyatoya Mohapatra is a Food Engineering Professional with research background in Food Safety and Microbiology. Punyatoya received her Ph.D.  in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo, a Master in Food Engineering and Bioprocess technology from Thailand, and Bachelors in Agricultural Engineering from India. Coming from a multicultural environment, she enjoys being a part of the academic community. She has been an active member of SCIFTS and is honored to serve as a judge for the event.

She is currently working as a Research Technologist for Knowledge Bank.
