Art Espidol
Team Captain
Art Espidol will complete the Nutrition and Food Sciences major with a minor in Political Science in Fall, 2012. He volunteers his time by participating in health awareness events, such as the American Diabetes Association walks. He plans to become a commissioned officer in the U.S. military after graduation and complete his dietetic internship through the military to become a registered dietitian.
Ashley Chamberlin
Team Member
Ashley Chamberlin is currently an undergraduate student working on completing the DPD program and graduating in Fall, 2012. She is currently employed as a part-time diet clerk at a local hospital and is the Vice-president of the Nutrition Student Association at CSUSB. Ashley is interested in many areas of dietetics, but would like to work as a RD in Medical Nutrition Therapy focusing on diabetes and weight loss management. Her hobbies include baking, running, and practicing yoga.

Becky Molina
Team Member
Becky Molina is a Nutrition and Food Sciences major and graduating in Spring 2012. She plans to be in a dietetic internship program with the goal of becoming a RD in a clinical setting. Becky is a devoted student, and in her spare time she enjoys playing with her dog, cooking for friends and family, and going to the movies. It is her goal in life to help people live long, healthy lives by providing nutrition education to promote wellness.

Marissa Willey
Team member
Marissa Willey is majoring in Nutrition and Food Sciences with plans to graduation in Spring 2012. Her interests in dietetics and culinary arts began when she was 16. She loves the personal relationships she built through the dietetic career, and encouraging and supporting others to make positive changes to better their lives. She plans to complete a dietetic internship and become an RD with plans to completea graduate program and possibly a PhD.
