The Center of Achievement has provided compassionate adapted therapeutic exercise programs to people with disabilities for over thirty-five years. Under faculty supervision, CSUN students train to be professionals in adapted exercise and fitness while assisting community clients. Clients say the Center brings hope, achievement and friendship among families and caregivers. The Abbott and Linda Brown Western Center for Adaptive Aquatic Therapy adds to the land-based program with four treatment-specific pools for people with moderate to severe disabilities.
