Graduating Students

Congratulations on your achievement! Before you leave Cal State Northridge, you may want to consider the following:

  • Services at the Klotz Student Health Center are only available to currently enrolled students. If you want to take care of any final health care needs including updating prescriptions, please make an appointment before the end of your final semester.
  • Your medical records will only be available seven years beyond your last appointment. You may want to get a copy of your medical records released to you or a medical provider outside the Klotz Student Health Center. Visit our Health Information Management Department for this service.
  • If you are currently enrolled in the Family PACT program, you may continue to receive covered services at other facilities that offer the Family PACT program, as long as you remain eligible.
