Biography

Professor Oillataguerre is an  Environmental Program Administrator for the City of Glendale, where he manages the city’s Storm Water and Wastewater programs. A graduate of UCLA, he has an MS in Environmental and Occupational Health as well as an MPA (both from CSUN). He also worked for the Environmental Health and Safety program at UCLA and was an Environmental Health Specialist for the City of Long Beach. He teaches EOH 457(Water Supply and Sewage Disposal).
