2012-2013 Schedule of Submission Deadlines and Meeting Dates

Deadline dates for submission of protocols to be reviewed by the Committee are three weeks prior to each meeting by 5 PM on the deadline day. Meetings will be held the fourth Tuesday of each month (except for the December meeting, which is different due to the winter break.)

*Protocols are due by 5PM on the deadline day in University Hall 265.
*Number of copies: the original signed copy plus an additional 9 copies (total of 10).
*Protocol sets must be collated and either paper clipped or stapled together.
