Apply for graduation
Student's wishing to apply for graduation for subsequent semesters may pick up an "Application for Master's Degree and Diploma" which requires a $47.00 fee. This form will initiate a graduation evaluation or a "grad check" which reminds students of existing requirements for their Master's degree. We suggest that students applying for graduation do so at least one (1) semester prior to the semester in which they plan to graduate.

Writing your Thesis
Students are required to make appointments to review formatting on theses. We urge you to call Graduate Evaluation Services at 677-4800. Theses should be packaged separately in manila envelopes, labeled with the title of the thesis, student's name and semester submitting for (e.g., Spring 2006). The original (100% cotton paper) thesis needs to be noted on the outside of the envelope also. Download formatting guidelines below.
