In this session we will look at what we need when things are going well and when they aren’t. Then we will use the insights gained to determine how to bring more of what we want and need to our daily lives.

What “Color” are you? – Exploring your leadership Style

Have you often wondered what kind of leader you are and how you communicate and work with others? Participants will take a personal leadership style assessment and learn insights on individual preferences when working in groups. You will also gain a better understanding of yourself and other people’s leadership styles and experiences.
