The Leadership & Life skills Institute is a comprehensive program held each semester and consists of workshops focusing on individual development, organizations & community, and diversity. The Institute includes personal assessment of your leadership skills and a strong focus on personal reflection as a tool for your growth and development. This program is free to all CSUN students and is a lot of fun while increasing one’s self-esteem and personal effectiveness!
