"HOW DO I GET MY MONEY?"
The Intrasystem Visitor and Concurrent Visitor Programs allow CSUN students to "visit" other CSU campuses for a semester, or for other CSU students to visit CSUN. To participate in these programs, you must be approved through the Office of Admissions and Records, at your home school.

- Apply and be approved as an Intrasystem Visitor or Concurrent Visitor by the Office of Admissions and Records. Contact that office for information, (818) 677-3700.
- Make sure Admissions and Records Office notifies Financial Aid of your status as Outgoing Intrasystem or Outgoing Concurrent Visitor.
- Apply for financial aid using the current FAFSA. CSUN's Federal Code is 001153. The priority funding date to submit the FAFSA is March 2nd for the following academic year.

Other Important Information:
- See the grid above for Information on fee payment. Remember, an Intrasystem Visitor pays fees to the host school and you will not be billed for CSUN fees for the semester you are away. Concurrent Visitors continue to pay fees to CSUN. If your financial aid is NOT enough to pay all of your fees or other university obligations, you are responsible on your own to provide the balance of fees and/or other expenses due.
- Eligibility for financial aid for a Visitor student is the same as if you were attending CSUN as a regular student, except:
- Intrasystem Visitors are not eligible for Federal Work-Study awards for the semester away.
- The "Cost of Education" (budget) used for Intrasystem Visitors is the CSUN off-campus budget unless we have information to determine otherwise.
- Financial aid may be adjusted if you attend a quarter system campus.
- Disbursement times may be adjusted if you attend a quarter system campus.
- Aid is disbursed from CSUN at approximately the same time all other CSUN students get their aid, except as noted above. You must plan ahead to use other funds if you expect expenses earlier.
- If you are required to attend Loan Entrance Counseling to have your Stafford/Unsubsidized Stafford Loans released, do so before you leave.
