The effectiveness of the Northridge Scholarship Program in developing scholars depends greatly on the faculty who provide guidance, encouragement, and mentoring. The time you spend with the students and your willingness to mentor a scholar is appreciated. The links listed on the right will give you information on what is expected from mentors to help you support the student’s scholarship application and to provide program notices of interest.
