Aid Disbursement/Address Changes
A week before classes (except during Summer) the aid available for students for the current semester is applied to your student’s account. Fees and current semester campus residence costs are deducted. If there is a balance left over, after the fees and residence costs were deducted, a balance check is mailed to you at the “Home” address you have on file.

Review your current address on your records in the “Personal Information” section of the SOLAR Student Center and make any necessary changes as soon as possible, so you will be assured that your balance check is mailed to your correct address.
