For the 2008-2009 academic year, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) will be awarding over 350,000 in scholarships. There's ONLY three weeks left for all students to submit the online application. Please share this information with any students interested in defraying college cost for the upcoming academic year.

Tips
- File your FAFSA every year by March 2nd.
- File your taxes early with the IRS to avoid any delay in the Financial Aid process.
- Dependent students must have both their own signature and a parent’s signature on the FAFSA.
- Your financial aid eligibility depends upon official acceptance to CSUN.
- Check BOTH your Financial Aid “To-Do List" on the myNorthridge Portal & your CSUN Email regularly.
- Dropping units may result in a reduction or cancellation of an award.
- First-time CSUN borrowers must complete Loan Entrance Counseling.
- Maintain at least half-time enrollment for Stafford Loans.
- Contact your lender if you change your contact information or enrollment status.
- National ID is your SSN.
