It is the responsibility of the student who is no longer attending classes to withdraw formally from the courses. Students who are unable to attend class for medical reasons at any time are not exempt from the refund schedule and must make arrangements with the University Student Health Center to officially withdraw.

If a refund is due, resulting as a credit on your account, you will automatically receive a refund; for credit card transactions on the Web, look for the credit on your credit card statement within three weeks. For cash, check or credit card transactions paid to the cashier on campus, you will receive a check within three weeks. Refunds are not based on the date a student stops attending class. Refunds are calculated on the basis of the date you drop classes in online or submit the completed Change of Schedule Petition to The Tseng College office, Bookstore Complex, Room 100. Students must officially drop online or in person.
