Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) students learn to identify and modify behaviors, assess behavioral causes, implement intervention plans, and evaluate the outcomes of their plans. In addition to preparing CSUN learners for the BCBA exam, participation in the program will increase students’ professional competence in the application of behavior analysis in varied settings (home, school, etc.) with diverse learners and clients (those with autism, ADHD, mental retardation, anxiety, etc).

Designed specifically for professional and working students, this planned sequence of six courses provides participants with the fundamental knowledge and concepts needed for continued advanced study and admission into CSUN's MBA program.
Instructional Design and Adult Development
Using pedagogically-sound online teaching methods and the very latest in user-centered technology, participants will learn to design and produce highly effective, usable courses and programs with proven instructional design methods as a foundation.
Non-Profit Sector Management
A professional program for practitioners or those seeking a career or advancement in the nonprofit sector. This certificate is part of the Master of Public Administration program, thus allowing participants to use the credits earned toward their MPA degree.
