Hector Reyes Chiquin is a human rights attorney.  He has worked for the Archdiocese's Human Rights office and is currently working at the Center for Legal Action in Human Rights (CALDH) in Guatemala.  He will discuss the historical genocide case against general Efrain Rios Montt who was sentenced to eighty years in prison for committing genocide against the Maya Peoples of Guatemala.
