EOP Transitional Programs is looking for mature and enthusiastic CSUN students to assist us in providing leadership and guidance for first time EOP freshmen.
Our Faculty Mentor Program (FMP) Beta page is up and running!
(January, 2012) Since 2011, the revamp and upgrade of our EOP website has been in the works. Now as we begin the year 2012 we would like to share peeks of the developing process through beta sites. These pages are still in development and are small steps in our transition to our new site. In the back end, we will continue to work towards bringing our viewers and supporters a well organized, resourceful, and well managed website.

The Resilient Scholars Programs invites you to meet honorable Judge D. Zeke Zeidler.
This will take place Wednesday, October 26th at 11AM - University Student Union - Grand Salon
You definitely won't want to miss his perpective on foster youth in higher education. Judge Zeidler is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. He has served as a Superior Court Judge for the County of Los Angeles since 2004.

On Tuesday, October 18th at Matador Square (11am-1pm), we will be hosting our 5th Annual EOP Free Speech Event. During this event participants will have the opportunity to exercise their freedom of speech by publicly voicing their opinion to our CSUN community. This event is FREE and open to all CSUN students, faculty and staff.

On Tuesday, September 20, 2011, the Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) celebrated 42 years of "Making A Difference" in the CSU systems.
During this event we had the opportunity to share with our community a bit of history of how EOP came to be.

If you are constantly thinking about ways to improve your financial situation for college, then you must see the latest feature of Northridge’s On Point. This particular episode talks about the importance of Financial Literacy and knowing how as a student you can better manage your money for college.
This financial literacy segment also features guests such as Professor G. Michael Phillips, and financial aid counselor, Gregorio Alcantar, who has facilitated several workshops for EOP Students.
