Sheldon Malchicoff received his BSE degree from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Malchicoff is the Chairman and CEO of Data Exchange Corporation (DEX®), in Camarillo, California, which he founded in 1980. DEX is an ISO certified company that provides global supply chain solutions, specializing in logistical repair and replacement services for high tech industries and employs over 800 employees at facilities in California, Ohio and Ireland.
DEX has established itself as a leader in quality service solutions supporting dozens of Fortune 500 companies worldwide. DEX’s long-standing customers include manufacturers, retail organizations, and field service companies. DEX specializes in providing services for computer equipment and peripherals, medical imaging and IT systems, consumer electronics, and telecommunications equipment.

Prior to founding DEX in 1980, Mr. Malchicoff served as director of advanced development for the Sperry products division of Automation Industries and in various management positions for Data Products.
Mr. Malchicoff is a member of World President’s Organization (WPO) and Chief Executive’s Organization (CEO). As a member of WPO, Mr. Malchicoff is invited to attend a weeklong President’s Seminar at Harvard University every year, where he participates with other CEOs and Presidents in comprehensive business-oriented sessions.
