Description:Logic Decathlon is designed to teach students how to solve a wide variety of logic problems including verbal logic, quantitative reasoning and nonverbal logic. It is a course that helps students hone in on critical thinking skills through games, puzzles and riddles, such as sudoku, cryptograms, spatial reasoning, lateral thinking and logic matrices. Each Friday, we will hold a “Decathlon” in class to encourage speed, precision, and success, while focusing on teamwork and collaboration; a much needed experience for all learners. Logic Decathlon will enhance essential thinking skills that are found in many academic disciplines, including mathematics and science.
