Volunteers are Strength United’s heart and soul. They work tirelessly without compensation to ensure that no one is alone in a moment of crisis. They answer our hotline in the middle of the night; accompany children and adults to forensic examinations; provide counseling and emotional support; run abuse prevention and education programs, and much more!
In short, they make our work possible, often with little reward other than the satisfaction of making a difference.
